Your vibrator's not working right? Possible solutions

    Could I help a help desk with my continuing problem, please. I have tried to hard reset my vibrator among many other solutions offered before that. I still get two steady red lights. If all else fails, should I send it back?

    Hi Marjo! Sorry that you're having troubles with your Lioness. It sounds like the firmware has been accidentally wiped. Luckily, it's an easy fix through the app! I just sent you an email with the instructions :)
